When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

As a user, you may register as one of the following:

  • Client: Individual or business seeking IT support services
  • Technician: IT professional providing technical support services
  • Sales Representative: Partner who refers clients to the platform

Each user type is subject to specific terms and verification processes outlined in our platform policies.

4. Client Terms

As a client using our platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate details about your technical issues
  • Make timely payments for services rendered
  • Cooperate with assigned technicians
  • Grant necessary access for remote support when applicable
  • Provide a safe working environment for on-site support
  • Provide honest feedback after service completion

5. Technician Terms

As a technician providing services through our platform, you agree to:

7. Payments and Fees

Our platform uses secure payment processing systems. Clients are required to pay the consultation fee upfront, with additional charges based on service time calculated upon job completion. All payment details are clearly communicated before service begins.

For technicians and sales representatives, earnings are processed according to our payout schedule after verification of completed services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Koadi Technology platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Koadi Technology and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Koadi Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

While our technicians strive to provide high-quality services, we cannot guarantee resolution of all technical issues. Our platform facilitates connections between clients and service providers but does not directly provide IT services.

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between clients and technicians, our platform provides a structured dispute resolution process. All parties agree to participate in good faith to resolve issues through our platform before pursuing external remedies.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
